Lawrence Associates makes safety a priority every day in the office and the field. In 2007, Lawrence Associates adopted a safety manual in an effort to educate personnel and insure a safe work place. Monthly safety meetings are held to remind and refresh employees on ways to maintain a safe work environment. All new personnel are required to attend a mandatory safety meeting prior to beginning work. Since the implementation of our safety manual in 2007, Lawrence Associates has had no lost time accidents.

Drew is a Registered Land Surveyor in NC an SC and has over 25 years of experience. He is the senior project manager at Lawrence Associates and leads a team in charge of all aspects of land surveying from roadway and site layout, bridge and building construction to topographic and floodway mapping.
Drew has extensive experience providing services of a wide range of surveying and engineering projects for local government entities as well as institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Drew was raised in Union County and graduated from Piedmont High School in 1991. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1996. He continued his education by earning an Associate’s degree in Land Surveying at Central Piedmont Community College in 2001. He joined his father at Lawrence Associate in 1997. Drew resides in Monroe with his wife, Jennifer, and children, Amelia and Benton.
Clint is a Professional Engineer in NC and has over 25 years of experience in surveying and engineering. He is a project manager at Lawrence Associates and leads a team in charge of all aspects of land surveying and engineering from roadway and site layout, bridge and building construction, to topographic and floodway mapping.
Clint has extensive experience providing services of a wide range of surveying and engineering projects for local government entities as well as institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Clint was raised in Union County and graduated from Piedmont High School in 1995. He went on to attend the William States Lee College of Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1999. He completed his 4 year engineering internship and returned to Union County to join his father and brother in the family business in 2003. He resides in Stallings with his wife, Kristi, and children, Lillian, Owen and Marjorie.
William is a Professional Engineer in NC and has over twenty years of experience in surveying. He is a project manager at Lawrence Associates and leads personnel in charge of all aspects of land surveying from roadway and site layout, bridge and building construction to topographic and utility surveys and floodway mapping.
William has extensive experience providing services of a wide range of surveying projects for local government entities as well as institutional, industrial, municipal, commercial, and residential projects.
William was raised in Union County and graduated from Piedmont High School in 2000. He went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Civil Engineering in 2005. In 2007 he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He joined his father and brothers in the family business in 2004. Will resides in Waxhaw with his wife Amy and their son William Li.
Donnie was a Registered Land Surveyor in NC and Virginia and the owner and president of the company. He had over 40 years of professional experience and was responsible for the quality assurance for all work performed by the Lawrence team.
Donnie grew up in Monroe and graduated from Monroe High School in 1962. He then attended North Carolina State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1967. He was a surveyor for Duke Power for 4 years and then ventured out on his own to start Lawrence Associates in 1971.
He dedicated his life to operating a company built on hard work and exceptional relationships with his clients. Donnie is survived his wife, Deb, and three sons.
